As we expand our teams across various departments, we're looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to help us attract top talent and ensure we hire individuals who align with our values and goals. As our In-House Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with department heads, manage recruitment campaigns, and create a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also play a key role in shaping our employer brand, ensuring that candidates feel engaged and excited about joining us.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs Develop job descriptions and specifications for new roles Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and recruitment networks Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Manage recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve performance Promote Alkye & our in house- brands as an employer of choice through outreach, branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements



Experience required atleast 3 years Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant, or similar role Proven experience as a recruiter in technology Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritise tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proven experience matching talent to company values and culture
