Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role plays a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and managing day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Partner with management to support organizational goals, workforce planning, and succession planning. Drive HR projects to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and retention.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Manage the full recruitment cycle -- from job posting to hiring and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Ensure a smooth onboarding process that enhances employee experience.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management



Develop and manage the performance appraisal system. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement. Identify training needs and support learning & development initiatives.

5. Compensation & Benefits



Oversee payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration. Recommend improvements to compensation and benefits policies. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to wages and benefits.

6. HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Certifications (Preferred):

SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
