Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
Maintain employee records, leave management, and Accounts updates
Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
Assist and timely update with performance review cycles and feedback documentation.
Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
Work with Accounts to for timely ESI, PF and other GST formalities.
Administration:
Oversee office facility management and daily admin operations
Coordinate procurement and stocks of office supplies and IT assets
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Ensure implementation of workplace policies and safety compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in
HR roles within the IT industry
Working knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
