Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations, attendance, leave management, HRMS, statutory compliances, and time office functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and HRMS software, preferably in real estate, township, or large workforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and statutory laws
  • Manage salary calculations, incentives, overtime, deductions, and final settlements
  • Process full & final settlements, gratuity, and exit payroll
Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records and time office systems
  • Manage leave policies, leave balances, approvals, and leave reporting
  • Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate integration of attendance data with payroll
HRMS & Software Handling
  • Operate and manage HRMS and payroll software systems
  • Ensure accurate employee master data and payroll records
  • Generate payroll MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll and attendance
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS)
  • Manage Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and Income Tax (TDS)
  • Ensure timely statutory filings, challans, and returns
  • Handle inspections, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Stay updated with labor law changes and implement required updates
Time Office & Workforce Coordination
  • Oversee time office operations, shifts, and biometric attendance systems
  • Coordinate with site HR and operations teams to ensure accurate workforce data
  • Monitor overtime, shift schedules, and contractor attendance
Reporting & Audit
  • Prepare monthly payroll MIS reports, variance reports, and statutory summaries
  • Support internal and external payroll audits
  • Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality
Job Expectations:
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and payroll laws
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, and time office systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and payroll analytics
  • Experience in real estate, township, construction, or large workforce organizations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or relevant field
Minimum Job Experience: 6+ years of experience in payroll, HRMS, attendance, and statutory compliance
