Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Support day-to-day HR operational activities
Address employee queries regarding organizational policies and procedures
Assist in payroll processing and leave management
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience
as an HR Executive or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools
Knowledge of labor laws and standard HR practices
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
