Key Responsibilities:

Job Title:

Assistant Manager - Human Resources Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company HR policies. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate training & development programs, performance appraisals, and engagement activities. Act as an HR business partner to department heads, supporting workforce planning and organizational needs. Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in F&B Service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Good communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player with a focus on guest service.

Benefits:
