Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and labor laws.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Promote a healthy, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
3. Performance Management
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting clear goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Identify and implement training and development programs.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Review compensation packages and recommend adjustments as needed.
Ensure employee benefits are competitive and compliant.
6. HR Strategy & Reporting
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) and report findings to senior management.
Support strategic initiatives related to workforce planning, diversity, and succession management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of HR management experience (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or MBA in HR.
Experience in handling organizational change or cultural transformation.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
Work Environment:
Full-time position, typically office-based (with hybrid flexibility if applicable).
