Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll, leaves, and HR-related documentation efficiently.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain healthy communication.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience in an HR role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work sincerely, with dedication and integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
