Requirements and Skills



Roles and Responsibilities:



o Recruitment and Onboarding:

? Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

making offers.

? Develop and implement onboarding programs for seamless employee integration.

o Attendance and Payroll Management:

? Oversee attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours and leaves.

? Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise compensation and deductions.

o Employee Relations:

? Advise and support managers and employees on performance management, conflict

resolution, and disciplinary actions.

? Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

o Compensation and Benefits:

? Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and

fairness.

? Conduct regular salary surveys and analyze data to align with market trends.

o Performance Management:

? Design and implement performance management systems to align employee

development with organizational goals.

? Train managers to conduct effective performance reviews and provide constructive

feedback.

o Compliance and Legal Adherence:

? Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to meet statutory compliance

requirements.

? Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to employment policies, workplace

safety standards, and industry best practices.

o HR Policies and Procedures:

? Develop and update HR policies to align with current laws and business needs.

? Communicate and ensure compliance with policies across the organization.

o Employee Engagement:

? Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement initiatives.

? Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and address areas for improvement.

? Education Qualification:

o Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

o Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human

Resources.

Experience:



o Minimum of 3 years in the HR domain.

o Proven trapck record of managing multi-location operations and achieving results.

Key Skills:



o In-depth experience managing all HR functions.

o Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

o Proficiency in HRIS systems (advantageous).

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for multitasking.

Compensation:



o CTC: Best as per Industry Standard

o Compensation depends on the candidate's skills and experience.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
