We are looking for a highly capable and experienced
HR Manager
to lead and manage our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals, and ensuring a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's goals and vision
Manage the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
Design and implement policies and procedures that foster a healthy workplace culture
Oversee performance management systems and provide coaching and support to managers
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and legal compliance
Conduct regular training sessions to promote employee development and compliance
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Manage HR metrics and provide periodic reports to management on key workforce indicators
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and company events
Lead and mentor the HR team in daily operations and long-term projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years of proven HR generalist or managerial experience
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with high emotional intelligence
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
Experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus
