Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, marketing, project management, site staff, and corporate functions.
Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and employee evaluations.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct skill enhancement programs, and foster employee career growth.
Employee Relations: Maintain a healthy work culture, address grievances, and ensure transparent communication across teams.
Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), and conduct HR audits.
Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, incentives, and retention strategies to ensure competitive compensation.
HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, manpower planning, etc.) for management insights.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
Experience:
Minimum
10 years of HR experience
, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role in the real estate or construction sector.
Skills
:
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
