We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organised, empathetic, and capable of building strong internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle documentation including appointment letters, confirmations, and appraisals.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement activities.
Conduct employee touchpoints, feedback sessions, and exit interviews.
Promote a positive workplace culture and support employees with HR-related concerns.
4. Performance Management
Support managers in setting KRAs and tracking performance.
Coordinate mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition / Generalist / Operations).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
