You'll be handling:

Recruitment & onboarding of creative + operations teams HRMS management, payroll, attendance & compliance Employee engagement & performance tracking Building culture, policies, and systems from scratch
We're looking for someone who's:

? Hands-on with HRMS tools (Keka, Zoho, etc.)

? Great with people & communication
