Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager

to join our growing organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for

strategic human resource planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

to support our mission of innovation and excellence in electric vehicle manufacturing.

This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a culture of growth, engagement, and accountability while aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement

HR policies

, systems, and processes aligned with organizational goals. Lead

recruitment, selection, and onboarding

of skilled professionals across all departments. Manage

employee relations

, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Oversee

performance management systems

, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback. Drive

training and development programs

to enhance workforce capabilities. Handle

payroll management, attendance systems, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

. Maintain accurate

HR records, employee files, and HR analytics

. Ensure compliance with all

labor laws, industrial relations, and safety regulations

. Collaborate with management to forecast

manpower needs

and support

organizational restructuring

when needed. Promote

employee engagement initiatives

, welfare programs, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's / Master's Degree

in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-10 years

of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a

manufacturing or automobile industry

. Strong understanding of

industrial relations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks

. Excellent

communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

. Proven ability to

implement HR strategies

that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Proficiency in

HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems

.
