Coordinating interviews and offer letters

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation

Welcoming new hires and ensuring smooth transitions

Conducting orientation sessions

Setting up training programs and mentorships

3. Policy Development & Compliance

Creating and enforcing company policies

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Managing workplace safety and ethics

4. Performance Management

Setting performance standards KRA and KPIs

Facilitating appraisals and feedback processes

Supporting employee growth and development

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

Fostering a positive workplace culture

Resolving conflicts and addressing grievances

Leading employee engagement and wellness initiatives

6. Compensation & Benefits Administration

Designing competitive salary structures and incentive programs

Managing payroll, benefits, and leave policies

Ensuring equity and transparency

7. Learning & Development (L&D)

Identifying training needs

Coordinating skill development and leadership programs

Promoting continuous learning

8. HR Data & Analytics

Tracking employee metrics and trends
