Oversee the recruitment of in-store and corporate retail staff, ensuring the hiring of candidates who align with brand values and customer service standards.
Partner with store managers to forecast staffing needs and reduce turnover.
Lead interview processes, onboarding, and training for retail floor staff, visual merchandisers, cashiers, and store managers.
Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs focused on customer service, brand standards, sales performance, and product knowledge.
Support career development for high-potential employees to promote internal growth and reduce attrition.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive store culture aligned with brand identity.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
Lead engagement initiatives such as staff recognition, team events, and performance incentives.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate staff performance across store locations.
Coach store managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
Support consistent execution of brand policies and visual merchandising standards.
Retail Operations Support:
Collaborate with store operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure HR initiatives align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and sales targets.
Manage scheduling policies, labor budgets, and compliance with working hour regulations.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate HR records, attendance logs, and payroll support documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership, analyzing turnover, engagement, and staffing metrics.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience in retail, preferably within fashion or apparel brands.
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales culture, and customer service standards.
Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting platforms.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
