We are a fast-growing company specializing in the design and manufacturing of
custom deposition systems
such as
Pulse Laser Deposition (PLD) Systems, Sputtering Systems
, and other advanced engineering equipment. We work end-to-end--from client requirement gathering, 3D designing (Creo), manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery.
We are now looking for a
dedicated HR professional
to set up our HR function, with an immediate focus on
hiring the right talent
and later expanding into broader HR responsibilities as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring (Primary Focus)
Understand business requirements and work closely with leadership and technical teams to define hiring needs.
Design and execute recruitment strategies (job postings, portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, referrals, agencies).
Create clear and compelling job descriptions for technical, managerial, and support roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
2. HR Operations & Processes (Secondary - to be built over time)
Set up HR policies, processes, and compliance aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist in employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Help establish the foundation for scaling the HR team in the future.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
3-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in
end-to-end recruitment
(manufacturing/engineering/technology sector preferred).
Strong understanding of hiring for
engineering, technical, and project management roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, people skills, and ability to coordinate between management and candidates.
Self-starter who can build processes from scratch in a growing company environment.
