Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) | Sunday Off Note: As we are into retail operations, no holidays will be allotted during festivals. Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes. The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, attendance, incentives, statutory compliances, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding o Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. o Conduct employee onboarding and induction.

Payroll & Attendance o Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness. o Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records. o Manage calculation and disbursement of incentives, bonuses, and increments.

Statutory Compliance & Benefits o Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable laws. o Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRMS/HrOne).

Performance & Employee Engagement o Support performance appraisal cycles and increment processes. o Plan and execute HR activities, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.

General HR Operations o Prepare HR letters, memos, and policy communication. o Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. o Support management in implementing HR strategies and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹19,999.00 - ₹24,999.00 per month
