Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
HR Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This is a key role that will help shape our company culture as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback cycles
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
Maintain HR records, manage payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience in tech or service-based industries is a plus
