Recruitment & Staffing



Develop and implement recruiting strategies. Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

Employee Relations



Foster a positive workplace environment. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Promote communication and transparency across departments.
3.

Performance Management



Design and oversee performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting goals and giving feedback. Identify training and development needs.

HR Policy & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update the employee handbook. Manage employee records and HR documentation.
5.

Compensation & Benefits



Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs. Benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
6.

Training & Development



Identify skill gaps and create learning opportunities. Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities. Promote career development and internal promotions.
7.

Strategic HR Planning



Contribute to the organization's strategic planning. Align HR initiatives with business goals. Monitor HR metrics and make data-driven decision

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
