Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about developments in HR best practices and legislation to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate changes as needed.
