About the Role

We are hiring an

HR & Talent Manager

to lead recruitment and support core HR operations. You will be responsible for identifying and hiring high-performing professionals across Business Development, PR, Content, and Strategy functions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands agency culture, is confident managing people processes, and can independently drive hiring from brief to close.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Lead recruitment for BD managers, PR executives, content writers, and media strategy roles Draft clear, targeted job descriptions for each opening Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals Manage screening, interviews, coordination, and offer rollouts Maintain an active pipeline for future hiring requirements

HR Operations

Oversee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR record keeping Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs and leave tracking Support internal communications, performance review cycles, and employee engagement Help foster a culture built on performance, trust, and accountability
Who You Are

Minimum 2 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in a PR, media, or marketing agency Comfortable hiring for both creative and client-facing roles Proactive and organized, with strong communication and follow-up skills Able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Reliable, and genuinely interested in people and culture
