Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall

HR & Admin activities

of the organization. Handle

government liaisoning

work related to labor laws, factory compliance, PF/ESIC, etc. Monitor and maintain

employee attendance, leave records, and discipline

. Oversee recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee relations. Prepare HR letters, notices, and circulars as required. Maintain and update employee records in

ERP systems

. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Handle office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination. Generate and maintain reports in

Excel and Word

for management review.
Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in

MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems

. Good computer knowledge with

data entry and report generation

. Typing and drafting official

letters, notices, and communication

.
Candidate Profile:

10-15 years of relevant experience in

HR & Admin roles

. Strong knowledge of

government compliance and liaisoning

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
