Training & Development:

Creating and implementing programs for employee growth and skill enhancement.

Policy & Compliance:

Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and ensuring adherence to employment laws.

Strategic Planning:

Aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives and reporting to senior management.
Skills

HRMS experience ESI & PF filing experience Good MS office skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
