Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Preethi Silks. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. Based in the United States, you will play a key role in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan. Manage recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and interviewing. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations. Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Foster a positive workplace culture through effective change management initiatives. Negotiate employee contracts and benefits packages as needed. Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the retail or apparel industry. Strong knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience in strategic planning and program management is preferred. Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition and interviewing techniques.
