We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development.
Lead recruitment efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes to attract top talent.
Oversee employee relations programs, addressing conflicts proactively and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Manage performance evaluation systems, setting clear objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), labor law changes, and industry standards.
Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and process improvement.
Lead training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills through workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership programs.
Oversee payroll processing using systems such as ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate compensation delivery.
Manage HR projects related to organization design, change management, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Supervising experience leading HR teams or cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
Demonstrated expertise in HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or Kronos for data analysis and process automation.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of senior leadership.
Experience in strategic planning related to human capital management and organizational design initiatives.
Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Familiarity with recruiting tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as Taleo or Paylocity is advantageous.
