Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and dealer guidelines.
Coordinate training programs, meetings, and internal communications.
Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendors, and facilities.
Support discipline, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Assist management in smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
