Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of hotel staff
Employee relations and grievance handling
Payroll coordination and attendance management
Training, performance appraisal & staff welfare
Compliance with labor laws and hotel HR policies
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
2-5 years HR experience (hotel industry preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
