Role Summary

We are looking for a

dynamic HR Manager

with

1+ year of hands-on HR experience

and an

MBA in Human Resources

to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management while helping build a strong organizational culture at Enfelista Technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements Source, screen, and schedule candidates Manage offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities
Employee Onboarding & Engagement

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs Maintain employee records and HR documentation Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements
Performance Management

Support goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIP)
Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation
Culture & Organization Development

Promote company values and a positive workplace culture Support training, learning, and development initiatives
Required Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources

(Mandatory)

Minimum 1 year experience

in HR operations or HR generalist role Basic understanding of Indian labor laws
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and documentation skills Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Preferred

Experience in IT / Technology / Startup environment Ability to work independently and take ownership
