We are looking for an experienced

Human Resources Manager

to lead our

central HR department

, driving consistency, compliance, and a people-centric culture across all locations.

Key Responsibilities



HR Strategy & Implementation


Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and values.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning


Ensure optimal staffing levels for all units by implementing effective recruitment pipelines and workforce planning.

Employee Engagement & Culture


Foster a cohesive, respectful, and growth-oriented work culture across India and Germany.

Performance Management


Design and oversee performance review systems that enhance accountability and continuous improvement.

Training & Development


Evaluate training needs, coordinate learning programs, and monitor their impact to build a capable and future-ready workforce.

Compliance & Statutory Management


Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory compliance including ESI, PF, and statutory records across all Indian locations.
Liaise with legal advisors and teams in Germany for local compliance.

HR Policy & Process Development


Create, implement, and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks to standardize operations across units.

Employee Relations


Address grievances, mediate disputes, and create open channels of communication between staff and management.

HR Metrics & Reporting


Track key HR metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 7-9+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit businesses Strong understanding of Indian labor laws. Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple locations and cultures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; Malayalam and/or German is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
