HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the HR recruitment team, oversee job postings on job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and ensure timely hiring.
Payroll & HRMS Management: Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and HRMS application implementation and maintenance.
People Management: Lead and mentor HR team members, handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Provide decision support to management through HR analytics and reports.
Workplace Safety & Culture: Uphold workplace safety standards and promote a positive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Proven experience as an HR Manager with expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, job portals, and compliance regulations.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances..
Expertise in HRMS applications and automation of HR processes.
Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, decision-making skills, and communication
Experience in Hospital sector is added advantage..
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
