Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for construction site roles (supervisors, foremen, civil engineers with 15+ years exp) via Naukri, Indeed, and local Tamil Nadu networks. Ensure full compliance with Karnataka/Tamil Nadu labor laws, ESI/PF contributions, gratuity calculations, and worker welfare schemes. Manage payroll processing, employee onboarding, performance appraisals, and training programs for 100+ site staff. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions at project sites. Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports using Excel for monthly executive summaries.
Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or MBA in HR; diploma in civil/automobile engineering preferred. Expertise in high-volume hiring, government project compliance, and contractor labor management. Proficiency in Excel for MIS/reporting, ATS tools, and multilingual communication (Tamil essential). Strong knowledge of Indian labor codes, safety regulations, and site-based HR operations.
