Job Summary
We are seeking a
firm, disciplined, and proactive Human Resource Manager
to manage and supervise a team of
15-20 employees
. The role requires hands-on involvement in
attendance control, employee discipline, work behaviour, and policy enforcement
. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling staff, maintaining order, and ensuring all employees strictly follow company rules and office discipline.
This is not a desk-only HR role -- it requires
active monitoring, follow-ups, and authority
in day-to-day employee management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control
daily attendance, punctuality, and leave records
Ensure all employees strictly
adhere to company rules, policies, and discipline
Maintain professional
work behaviour and office conduct
at all times
Actively supervise staff to ensure they are
working during office hours
Address issues related to
indiscipline, absenteeism, or poor behaviour
promptly
Enforce policies firmly while remaining fair and professional
Act as a point of contact between management and employees for discipline-related matters
Take proactive action to prevent workplace issues before they escalate
Maintain accurate
HR records, reports, and documentation
Report employee performance, behaviour issues, and improvements to management

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an HR or people-management role
Experience handling
attendance, discipline, and employee behaviour
is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Work Expectations
Must be
physically present in the office
from 10 AM to 7 PM
Must take ownership of
employee discipline and compliance
Should be comfortable handling difficult conversations when required
