Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance appraisals, facilitating employee training and development, and fostering a positive work culture. The role also involves managing administrative tasks, addressing employee concerns, and working closely with leadership to support company goals.

Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Ability to manage Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compensation Plans Skills in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Team Building Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous Previous HR management experience, preferably within the agriculture, food, or sustainability sectors Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
