Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA/PG in HR or Industrial Relations preferred.indeed?
5-8+ years of HR experience with at least a few years in construction/infra/engineering projects or similar field environment.eddy+1?
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, BOCW norms, PF/ESI, and wage compliance for contract and casual workers.eddy+1?
