Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist / HRBP who can manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to support the company's people strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and working closely with both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (Primary):
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, exits.
- Administer HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle payroll coordination and monthly inputs.
- Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Business Partnering (Secondary):
- Support hiring by aligning with department heads on manpower needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Support performance management and grievance handling.
- Partner with leadership to improve team productivity, morale, and retention.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised.
