The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and ensuring a motivated, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
3. Performance Management
Design and implement effective performance management systems.
Coordinate annual performance appraisals and support continuous feedback processes.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees for succession planning.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure fair employee relations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute engagement programs, recognition activities, and employee surveys.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and create annual training calendars.
Coordinate workshops, seminars, and skill enhancement programs.
Measure training effectiveness and employee skill progression.
6. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and documentation.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes.
7. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required by law.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
