Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department. This includes hiring and interviewing staff, managing compensation and benefits, enforcing company policies and practices, The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between management and employees and support the development of a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Manage the on boarding process and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
Project Management.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Develop and maintain HR policies.
Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or grievances.
Support organizational development initiatives and employee training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master's preferred).
*Experience in Start-up firm,
*Experience in Architectural firm or with Builders - Added advantage
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in human resources.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace.
