MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Well-versed with computers and MS Office
Experience working with ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
Plan and execute onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes
Maintain attendance records, coordinate payroll, and manage leave systems
Ensure smooth HR operations through effective use of ERP software
Organize and support employee training and development initiatives
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
