The role requires expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning to support a rapidly growing technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Employee Engagement & Development
Develop HR policies tailored to IT industry practices (flexible work, remote policies, data confidentiality, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT data protection norms, and company policies.
Manage payroll, benefits, and attendance (including employee shift rotations for IT teams).
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS, Payroll systems).
Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
