Job Description

An HR Manager in a real estate company develops and executes HR strategies (recruitment, training, performance, compliance) to support business growth, focusing on talent acquisition for sales/property roles, managing high-pressure environments, ensuring labor law adherence, and fostering culture in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy sector. Key duties include sourcing agents, handling benefits/payroll, resolving conflicts, driving engagement, and aligning HR with property development goals. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

Develop HR plans aligned with real estate business goals (e.g., project launches, sales targets) and report metrics to management.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles (agents, property managers, admin), creating job descriptions, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address grievances, manage conflicts, foster positive culture, and handle disciplinary actions.

Performance Management:

Oversee appraisal systems, career development, and performance improvement plans.

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps (e.g., sales, legal compliance) and coordinate relevant training programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain pay structures.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure adherence to labor laws (state/federal), manage leave, and update HR policies.
