Job Description

An HR Manager in a real estate company develops HR strategies aligned with business goals, handles end-to-end recruitment (especially for sales/property roles), manages employee relations (conflict, grievances), oversees performance, ensures legal compliance (labor laws), administers benefits, and drives engagement/training for a skilled workforce crucial for property sales and management, focusing heavily on talent retention in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR:

Develop HR policies, procedures, and strategies that support company growth and business objectives in real estate.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage recruitment for agents, property managers, and corporate staff; create job descriptions, source candidates, interview, and onboard.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Oversee appraisal systems, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.

Training & Development:

Identify needs, coordinate training (sales techniques, property law), and support career growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain competitive pay plans.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

HR Operations:

Manage HRIS, maintain records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and report on HR metrics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven HR Management experience (ideally in real estate/property sector). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. People-oriented, results-driven, and strategic thinker. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
