Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to manage and strengthen our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be articulate, composed, intelligent, and highly organized, with the ability to understand requirements clearly and execute responsibilities with focus and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and systems aligned with organizational values
Manage employee relations, performance management, and internal communication
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
Support leadership with workforce planning, culture building, and organizational development
Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
Candidate Profile
3-7 years of proven experience in Human Resources
Excellent communication skills; soft-spoken, professional, and well-presented
Sharp understanding of tasks, priorities, and people management
High level of focus, integrity, and problem-solving ability
Experience in design, architecture, or creative organizations will be an advantage
Available to join immediately in Gurgaon
