We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle all HR functions across our ventures. This role is hands-on and covers recruitment, payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
Prepare and manage salary sheets, increments, and benefits
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives
Maintain employee records and HR reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field
5+ years of HR experience across multiple business units or ventures
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹16,742.82 - ₹50,000.00 per month
