The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development across all hotel departments. The position focuses on building a performance-driven and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and talent retention initiatives.
Maintain and enforce HR policies as per hotel SOPs and labor laws.
Ensure timely payroll processing and attendance records.
Mediate staff conflicts and employee relations issues.
Coordinate health and safety training and compliance inspections.
Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and statutory compliance records.
Profile Requirements:
Male candidate with an MBA or PG Diploma in HR.
4-6 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of labor laws (ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment Act).
Good communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
Proficient with HRMS and payroll software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
