Spine
and should be proficient in managing
day-to-day HR operations
in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role demands strategic thinking, a people-first approach, and the ability to support healthcare staff through optimized HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Transactions Management:
Handle employee onboarding, ID creation, profile maintenance, job changes, and terminations in Workday for clinical and non-clinical hospital staff..
Collaborate with Alight onshore teams and internal stakeholders to resolve system/tool issues promptly.
Ensure 100% SLA compliance for all HR transactions.
Employee Support & Query Resolution:
Address HR-related queries and escalations from medical, paramedical, and administrative staff.
Deliver prompt, empathetic, and effective resolutions while enhancing employee satisfaction.
New Hire Onboarding:
Conduct HR onboarding sessions for new hospital staff ensuring smooth integration into the hospital environment.
Schedule and manage check-in calls to monitor engagement during the initial employment period.
Data Management & Reporting:
Publish accurate and timely weekly/monthly dashboards for HR metrics relevant to hospital operations.
Maintain data for internal/external audits and assist in HR audits across departments.
Policy & Compliance:
Regularly review and update HR policies specific to healthcare regulatory requirements.
Ensure policies are communicated and adhered to across nursing, clinical, and support departments.
Lead quarterly audits to verify HR compliance in healthcare operations.
Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with department heads and hospital administration for workforce planning and engagement.
Focus on enhancing the hospital workforce experience through innovation and responsiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills - written and verbal, with hospital workforce sensitivity.
Effective in consulting and influencing stakeholders at different hospital hierarchy levels.
High empathy quotient and problem-solving skills, particularly in critical care and emergency environments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage sensitive data confidentially and accurately.
Familiarity with HR tech platforms (especially
Spine
) and hospital workflows.
Compliance and audit-focused with an understanding of healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
Relevant HR operations experience, preferably in a
hospital setting
.
Experience in Spine HR software is mandatory.
