We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support our company's growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Conduct performance appraisals and support talent development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-6 years of proven HR experience (minimum 2 years in a managerial role preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?25,000 (based on experience)
