Job Description

. HR Operations & Administration



End-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR documentation Implement HR policies, SOPs, standing orders, and code of conduct

2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning



Manpower planning as per production and business requirements Recruitment of permanent, contractual, and temporary workforce Coordination with department heads for timely and cost-effective hiring

3. Labour Law Compliance



Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws PF, ESIC Payment of Wages Act Minimum Wages Act Bonus Act Gratuity Act CLRA Act Handle inspections, notices, and audits by labour authorities Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records

4. Factory Act Compliance



Ensure compliance under the Factory Act, 1948 Maintenance of statutory registers, licenses, and renewals Ensure working hours, shifts, weekly offs, and overtime compliance Support compliance related to health, safety, and welfare provisions

5. Payroll & Statutory Management



Oversee payroll processing for staff and workers Ensure correct statutory deductions and timely deposits Manage wage revisions, overtime, and incentive calculations

6. Contract Labour Management



Manage contractors and ensure statutory compliance Verification of contractor licenses, PF, ESIC, wage records Monitor deployment and attendance of contract labour

7. Industrial Relations & Discipline



Maintain peaceful industrial relations and shop-floor discipline Handle grievances, misconduct, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries Liaison with unions (if applicable) and labour authorities

8. HR Compliance & Audit



Conduct internal HR compliance audits periodically Close non-compliances within defined timelines Coordinate with external auditors and compliance consultants

9. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Implement welfare measures as per statutory and company norms Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and employee morale Coordinate canteen, transport, medical, and safety facilities

10. Training & Statutory Awareness



Conduct induction and statutory training (safety, EHS, labour law awareness) Ensure training records and statutory certifications are maintained

11. HR MIS & Reporting



Prepare HR MIS reports: headcount, attrition, compliance status Provide regular updates to management on labour law and factory compliance

12. Management & Advisory Role



Act as advisor to management on labour laws and HR compliance risks Support policy decisions with legal and compliance perspective
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
