will lead all HR functions to align with organizational goals, build strong employee relations, and support business operations through effective HR strategies. This role involves talent acquisition, performance management, policy implementation, training, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters)
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
Promote a positive work environment
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems
Support managers in goal setting and performance tracking
Recommend performance improvement plans
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
Support skill enhancement, leadership development, and compliance training
Measure training effectiveness
HR Policy & Compliance
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company regulations
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
Support salary reviews and reward planning
HR Metrics & Reporting
Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and HRIS data
Prepare HR reports (attrition, recruitment stats, compliance)
Culture & Engagement
Drive employee engagement events
Promote a culture of safety, respect, integrity, and performance
