Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and executives

Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees

2. Employee Lifecycle Management (Joining to Exit)

Manage complete employee lifecycle from

joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and role changes to separation



Ensure timely completion of documentation at each stage of employment

Manage probation reviews, confirmation letters, and employee movements

Handle resignations, notice period tracking, and exit processes

Coordinate

Full & Final (F&F) settlements

, clearance, and exit documentation

Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for management review

3. HR Operations

Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation

Handle attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and payroll inputs

Coordinate with management for accurate and timely salary processing

4. Employee Relations

Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Support performance management and appraisal processes

Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

5. Policies & Compliance

Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct

Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act, etc.)

Handle audits, inspections, and statutory filings

6. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs

Support learning and development initiatives

Administration



Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility management Manage vendor contracts (canteen, security, housekeeping, stationery) Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and assets Handle general administrative arrangements Monitor administrative budgets and cost control
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership and people-handling ability

Problem-solving and conflict management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Educational Qualification

MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent or graduate in any stream
Additional certification in labor laws or HR compliance is an advantage

Experience

5-8 years of experience in HR & Administration

At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

Grievances resolved within SLA

Employee satisfaction / engagement score

Overall attrition rate

5. Statutory Compliance & Legal

Zero non-compliance cases or penalties

Timely statutory filings and audits

6. Administration & Facility Management

Office uptime and vendor SLA compliance

Administrative cost control vs budget

7. MIS & Reporting

Timely and accurate HR & Admin MIS reporting

Management satisfaction score on reporting quality
